The only complaint we have is the download limit. Many have complained in the past and this seems to be the one Achilles heel of an otherwise spotless site. You will often find yourself irritated at reaching the daily download limit, which we feel is set way too low at 5 gigabytes a day. Given the amount of HD video here, you will reach that limit very quickly.
